Or ignore the fact that those with children will actually get less since they lose the exemption for each dependent.

2. The big question is: will Trump voters even realize that he has done this to them?

IIRC, the tax plan goes into effect in 2019 -- what's to prevent the morons from blaming the Democrats, even if there are no Democrats in sight, and even if the Congressional Record shows that no Democrat voted for the bill? They seem to be immune to the facts. How many years of punishing rule will they have to endure before they figure out they've been had?

I'll be dead way before they wise up, if they ever do.

Don't know if employers would have to look up tax tables on the net or download them but it's not going to be an entire year before Trumps Corporate buddies get their huge tax cut.

They want to make this "middle class plan" look like you just gained 6k more in deduction for the middle class. FACTS ARE the CONS dumped the personal exemption which comes close to wiping out that gain.

Propaganda will win the day(theirs or ours) and in todays environment that is accomplished best when boiled down.

Very few get any of this and it's as basic as it gets.

"Notice how the mainstream news focuses on the Standard Deduction doubling while almost completely ignoring the fact that the Personal Exemption has been eliminated?"

Tax cut for the 1%
Reverse Robin Hood
Corporate Welfare Payments
Expands the income gap <- this has actually become a very well understood phrase. That is because of our efforts over the last decade.

We have to use these things to get people to the polls. Arguing things which most people view as semantics won't do it.
