14. I get a panic attack

I can feel my heart rate increase every time I see or hear 45, and it's getting worse.

and they aren't good. Even reading about him does bad things to my stomach, muscles and heart-rate. This kind of stress can't be good for any of us. I am wondering if doctors are noticing an increase in these Trump-stress related symptoms.

I heard this morning that life expectancy in the U.S. has decreased. I know mine has with what has happened this past year. I can feel it.

9. A few years back

There was a Republican meme claiming Democratic women were ugly while the Republican women were attractive. The strange thing was they admitted it was not true, in effect. They doctored the Democratic photos to make them ugly, thus admitting they really weren't.

Since the group I was discussing it with was all men, I pointed out that Republican men were for the most part ugly (Gringich, Limbaugh, Hastert) and that Democratic men were good looking (Clinton and Gore).

8. I completely agree. Just the sight of him raises my blood pressure and makes me want

to throw things. I cannot STAND his ugly face! I can't even say what I fantasize about doing to it. He is the most hideous person I have ever seen in my life and what makes me so angry is that he will do anything to make sure that his physical presence is constantly in our faces.

Even when I turn on my local news for weather or traffic, there are always clips of him and his ranting. It is impossible to get away from him unless you lock yourself up and go on a complete media diet.

the only way I get news now is reading it. No matter what I watched he was on 24/7 and the sound of his disgusting voice makes me so angry. Seems like I have another 3 years of no TV news. I even have evil thoughts about reading his obituary when i wake up each morning.

22. I was paying bills yesterday when I looked up at the TV to see these monsters

Giddy with glee at what they had pulled off. I had the overwhelming urge to cry and clinch my fists in rage. The harm they have inflicted on Americans has only just begun. People I know personally and eventually, me. Many people that so happily pulled the lever for these jackasses had no idea they were actually pulling the trigger of a gun aimed squarely at them! They took the bait that all of their hateful dreams and wishes would come true. And the rest of us are paying for their folly.

I weep for this country and I weep for myself and my family. But the weeping will be replaced by rage. And I know I am not alone in feeling anger and sadness at the same time. If you push people into a corner, they will fight back. We will rise up. These people must be made to pay for their crimes against the American people.

I just hope that this anger we feel will get channeled into action. Anger without any action is wasted energy. We can’t sleep on this. Or rage for a few minutes or days and then move on. We must reunite in our rage and sadness and never ever back down. It is way past time for another round of protests, Coast to Coast. I know this is not a great time for many people, but everything we value is at stake. Everything. These monsters are JUST GETTING STARTED with their devious plans.
