Everything you said is 100% right, but seeing them celebrate doing something that both literally and figuratively takes food out of the mouths of children (among other things) is pretty demoralizing.

I know that the tide will eventually turn, probably soon, I just worry what kind of shape we'll be in as a country when that happens.
