Gerrymandering must be solved on a state-by-state basis. So does ensuring the integrity of elections. Elections are run by states, and usually by counties within those states. Out-of-state people can't fix it. The citizens of those states need to demand election integrity and fair district allocation.

It's up to each state to do it. If someone wants an example, they can look at Minnesota or California. Both have excellent election integrity and district boundary laws. Our redistricting in Minnesota after the 2010 census went smoothly and cleanly, with districts that are fairly created.

Each state must handle its own election problems. It's up to people in each state to make sure things are fair and accurate.
