because the withholding amounts are changing. Speaking of which, how long do you think it will take the understaffed, underfunded and technologically backward IRS to figure out the withholding amounts, publish the rules and make the forms and publications available to employers? How long after that will it take employers' payroll departments to make the changes? I'm foreseeing an implementation clusterfuck. Nobody is going to see a bigger paycheck next month, or the month after. The devil is always in the details...

Look how long they worked on the ACA & the rollout had some problems. This will be that on steroids. The GOP can't do anything but lie, cheat, & steal.

generosity is unnecessary. This windfall will be used to line their pockets. I expect to see the market for luxury goods and auctions of rare antiques and paintings to explode in the way they did after the other rounds of tax cuts.
