If Trump fires Mueller and Congress shuts down the investigations while Trump also nullifies present and future indictments with pardons, the rule of law really could be gone. And the GOP will likely shut down any other attempts to look into the Russian conspiracy. We will be in a new era.

Would such a deal be the point of no return. The tax bill proves that the GOP is so totally corrupt. And they seem to believe that they can rule with an iron fist so to speak.

place the same bet, KY. I suspect Mueller has gamed this out already, 100 moves ahead of his screeching critics. What's amazing is the noise which IMHO means something very serious is coming down the pike, either before or after the holiday.
