obvious from the get go. 10% increase for 10 years =100% yes. And the Red States are going to dump any type of ACA ,doubt,watch Utah and Idaho.

would have covered some of the insurance company losses due to the individual mandate being repealed. People who are getting substantial subsidies to buy insurance on one of the state marketplaces won't see much change in their rates,even if they go up, because the subsidies will adjust to limit their out-of-pocket costs. If you are not eligible for a subsidy because you make too much money (i.e. you are middle class) you will have to suck it up and pay the increased rates or go uninsured.
