Trump may be keeping his income taxes secret, but aren't there regulations requiring the cabinet members to disclose their latest income tax returns?

If so, somebody MUST have done an analysis of how much money Trump's cabinet of Wall Street billionaires will save under the new Tax Code. I'm guessing Mnuchin and Devos alone will save a bundle, which would make a nice talking point. ie-How many additional cops and firefighters could you put on the streets with just the money that Mnuchin is saving?
