Breitbart editor-in-chief: I attacked Roy Moores accusers even though I believed at least one of them

After spending weeks publishing articles meant to discredit Roy Moores multiple accusers, Breitbarts editor-in-chief admitted that he believed at least one of them.
As The Washington Post
noted on Thursday, a tell-all-interview between
CNNs Oliver Darcy and Breitbart editor-in-chief Alex Marlow reveals the right-wing journalists personal thoughts on the messy Alabama Senate race. Though Marlow thought Corfmans allegation that Moore sexually assaulted her when she was 14 were not perfect, he thought they had a lot of credibility.
The editor-in-chief also admitted that Breitbart pushed articles discrediting the accusers (including, as the Post noted, non-scoops about Corfman not having a phone in her bedroom and moving in with her father soon after meeting Moore) in part to undermine similar allegations against President Donald Trump.
I think they want to create a standard where President Trump, either from past or future accusations, will not be able to match whatever standard is now in place for who can be a United States senator, Marlow told CNN. Based off not any sort of conviction or any sort of admission of guilt, but based off of purely allegations.
