This short term CR bill that passed Friday contained a waiver to PAYGO, which means the cuts won't happen Jan 1. The democrats allowed this to happen by helping pass the CR. It needed 60 votes in the senate to end fillibuster.

Once again we let the GOP off the hook for no good reason.
