so called signing of the Tax Bill,,,,,,,, U can't sign a bill into law more than once,,,,, my money is on he signed something that stated he will sign it into law next month. There is a signing sheet bound into the hard cover of the bill .

1. What this does is

this strips billions out of ACA and Medicare funding that if the Bill was signed in January as first thought,these two items would not be effected until 2019.
