the Dems will cave. Did this Trump Bill Signing throw a major wrench into the Budget? Government shut down can not be avoided.

Unless another time is set by law — not by say so if congressional leaders, but by law, as in a bill both houses pass and the president signs.

extra week off and not returning until 8 Jan.
