The coin is about the presidency, not the president. Previous presidents didn't spray their names all over the thing, but for Trump everything, even a little thing like this, is about him. ALL about him. I used to get pretty annoyed with W for putting the presidential seal all over everything (like his cowboy boots!), but at least it was the real presidential seal. But Trump has decided the presidential seal as it currently exists isn't big enough and gold enough and doesn't have his fucking name on it, so it wasn't good enough.

Replacing the Seal of the President with his campaign slogan makes this campaign material, and these should be paid for with campaign funds. No one with the power to stop him cares, though. They're all just drunk with power.
