Admit that they were wrong? It's not like they just forgot to shut of a water faucet or forgot a birthday - they helped screw this country over in a VERY BIG WAY!!!
They should be put in stockades in the town square!

2. There does seem to be a bit of buyers' remorse going on.

My SIL, a right-winger since forever, sends out a long, detailed Christmas email every year with lots of bragging about their vacations, their purchases, their good deeds, etc., and for years these missives have always included the usual Fox "News" talking points and political screeds about "Obummer." One of my favorites was when she ranted about how "Obummer" had spoiled their vacation by shutting down the national parks (which was the result of the sequester and was actually the fault of the GOPers in Congress). Last year she gloated about the election results, making some nasty remark about "Crooked Hillary."

But this year? Not a word. For the very first time in at least ten years, not a peep about politics or anything relating to it. Just a collection of vacation photos. Hmmm.
