(7,638 posts)I lived in Washington DC when the renamed National airport Raygun Washington National Airport or some shit like that. I live in Chicago now, leave the fucking names alone.

(7,638 posts)These little name changes cost millions to do. Now if those sign changes on highways, trains, busses, and all the schedules are paid by you then change away. Chicago could spend that money on something worthwhile like the people living in poverty. Name changes are just political statements that cost money to real people. Build a new school and name that after Obama.

(554 posts)and with all due respect, the man whose name that airport bears earned the right to keep it there. Very few Presidents rise to his level. Renaming another airport would be more appropriate.
