No you don't The powers of the executive branch are delineated in the Constitution and its subsequent amendments. The 4th, 5th, and 6th Amendments clearly limit the powers of the Justice Department.

Aside from the fact that he is a natural-born despotic asshole, the idiot apparently never took American Government in high school. He thinks a U.S. president should be as powerful as Duterte/Putin/(name your dictator)
