actually be deliberate, orchestrated by Bannon to keep the cabinet disoriented so that there is no chance that the 25th amendment could be used to try to remove Trump? If they keep changing, it would be hard for those in favor of it to know who is for and who is against.
Sounds far out, but Bannon is that Machiavellian. He never really left.
I imagine White House insiders will have very interesting stories to tell when the smoke clears.

(17,865 posts)The 25th has always been a pipe dream. It is harder to execute than an impeachment.

(49,047 posts)The turnover is a natural consequence of having a nincompoop doufus at the very top.
The 25th Amendment is the easiest way for the Republicons to attempt to save their brand, but they are either too stupid to see that or they are too greedy in the short run to push through CONservative judges and deregulation while they can even if every day of Trump damages their brand further.
It's like a slow drip. The closer we get to Nov. 2018, the more impeachment / 25th becomes the Republicons best last hope, ... if Democrats continually weld the GOP/Republican brand to Trump, as it should be welded.

(611 posts)The only part that has never been used. There is a procedure for the VP and members of the cabinet to certify that they believe that the President cant perform him duties. It could be for dementia or JPN (just plain nuts).
