How To Get Pregnant In New Year 2018: UK Women Are Having McDonald’s Fries After Sex To Increase Chances

https://www.inquisitr.com/4711588/how-to-get-pregnant-in-new-year-2018-uk-women-are-having-mcdonalds-chips-after-sex-to-increase-chances/

Millions of married couples in the U.K. will be in bed early on January 2, which is considered the National Baby-Making Day. To be specific, they need to have sex at 10:36 p.m. to have their best chance to conceive.

According to statistical records, the most common day for a baby to be born in the U.K. is September 26. That is why January 2, which falls exactly 38 weeks before the due date, is the most popular day among those who are planning a baby.

People around the world try a lot of weird stuff to get pregnant. Still, the latest hack may come as a surprise to many.

A number of women believe the chance of them getting pregnant increases if they eat McDonald’s fries right after having sex. A recent research reveals that three percent of women in U.K. believe eating McDonald’s fries immediately after sex increases their chances of pregnancy. Science, however, has no evidence to support the claim.

The research reveals 71 percent couples would not mind trying unique things to get pregnant.

Some couples (39 percent) try reverse psychology and pretend they don’t want a baby. Some of them (37 percent) have dark chocolate everyday, while some others (32 percent) drink pineapple juice on a daily basis. Some wear socks while making love, while some prefer sleeping in complete darkness.

Doesn't NHS provide any guidance to these people on this?

Mother-in-law said all it took was for Dad to hang his trousers on the bed post. She had 8 so she must know what she was talking about.

of the last cycle of menstruation before pregnancy.

Probably few women actually fall pregnant during that cycle or the days following it, so 38 weeks is probably a better estimate.

Something I learned while working as a biostatistician in an Artificial Reproduction Centre.

Highest fertility is two weeks after ovulation. Full term is 38 weeks. Due date is calculated as 40 weeks from last period. 38+2=40.

They count your weeks of pregnancy starting on the first day of the last menstrual period, which is normally 2 weeks before ovulation and conception occur.

If counting from conception, you're only pregnant for 38 weeks on average.

It prevents pregnancy.

If there's anything to it, it may have something to do with people getting drunk on New Years Eve, or having the day off with nothing else to do on New Years Day. But if it's catching on then it could become a self-fulfilling prophecy, with people having more sex on a certain day, causing more births on a certain other day, causing even more people to have sex on that certain day, and so on.

Do large fries equate to a large baby, or do they make you have twins? OMG, what if a woman ate TWO large fries??!
