since Romney sucked up to Trump, and kissed his ring for a shot at Secretary of State.

That said, being a well-known Senator would put him in a position for some sort of revenge for the humiliation of not being picked.

but overall, his record was fairly decent.

Gubernatorial terms were only two years then, which I didn't realize. I mostly remember the brainwashing remark, and about his having been born in Mexico, but I was pretty young at the time!! My actual first memory of him was a gigantic poster of him when he was running for president, which I think we passed as we were going to meet the guy who did the puppet show on local TV.

watch bannon organizing his deplorables to deny romney rep nomination. If Alabama can elect a democrat, Utah is is definately in play. It is far leas conservative with sizeable yong progressive population. Don’t forget Salt Lake City has elected a democrat lesbian as mayor.

Even the ones that get called RINOS by their own people -- because they will always let you down in some typically Republican way.

Had R.money been in the Senate for the horrible "tax cut" I wonder how he would havevoted. Given his background and history, I have to believe he would have voted for it.

It's entirely possible that regardless of the possibility of the republicans losing the Senate, Trump is just an immature enough little snot that he would sabotage Mittens either in the primary or the general election.
