What Would A GOP "Pay-Go" Health Care System Look Like? That Is What They Want.

If you follow GOP logic they want a "pay-go" health care system that requires payment on service. The fact that they want to issue vouchers for everything to purchase your own insurance across state lines with no regulations on companies looks like pay go.

to pay-go when you have an emergency?

This would not work for most of us. And we in California want to regulate our insurance industry.

No regulations on insurance companies, buying across state lines, vouchers to buy your own, no caps on premiums, no caps on drug prices, no coverage on drugs, extra insurance for drugs or certain conditions, no caps on instant co pays, etc.

What do you get. The GOP has voiced support for all these policies at one time or another.

27,000. For just the GI who removed it. The hospital, staff doctors ect, not included. I never saw but the one bill. My insurance is not covering that one only. The crucialest of them all, without it im dead, dont have biopsy etc.
I would imagine my esophageal cancer cost well over a million dollars. Of which I might be a few thousand short. (999 to be exact). These costs are ongoing. I see docs all the time, tests, treatments, not to mention the ongoing other crap.
Had I known, " this is going to be a million" id be dead. No way would I want that over my head.
I am very glad I'm poor. Had I not been, then it would have cost me hugely. I had MediCal and it was good, great once I got to the specialist level. (Molina MediCal). I got the best of the best. Best surgeon in CA on these operations. The problem isnt that I got it free, but that the same situation happens to a working person, with shitty, high deductible health plans, and they are on the hook for a million dollars.
