This lottery decided control of the House of Delegates, so it obviously has statewide consequences. And, statewide, the Repukes got their asses kicked.

Iirc, the ballot in question was previously spoiled due to overvote.

Then one of the judges had a change of heart.

Giving that vote to the repig was shady.

even the media goes along. Several sources say the Democrat's bubble has a line through it. Yes, but the repig's has an X through it. Both bubbles were filled in.
