Trump was going ape about his bald spot in his thirties and asked his then-wife, Ivana, to recommend a surgeon. He took her recommendation, and apparently the results were insufficient and very painful. And in Trump fashion, he took out his ire on her for putting him in this situation.

The married couple had not engaged in sexual relations for several months and Trump literally raped Ivana in a fury and in retribution. When she limped to breakfast the next morning, Trump looked up at her and sneered, "Hurts, doesn't it?"

Ivana cited this incident in her divorce papers but later retracted it.

If he'd had part of his actual head removed, brain and all, nobody would have noticed. I guess scalp reduction is a thing where they take a tuck in your scalp where your bald spot is and pull the hairy skin up over the tuck. Sounds like something you wouldn't want to do unless you were so vain that the fact that you were losing your hair was unbearable.
