We have all sorts of mandatory training every year, including the rules about spending federal dollars. The Trumpster would have already bee pulled in and talked to, put on some kind of probation, and fired by now if he were a worker bee.

4. How About This:

Everyone in the Federal Government is required to submit to random drug testing if they hold a Top Secret security clearance. I held a TS/SCI for more than 20 years with the USAF, and I was randomly tested--not the most pleasant exercise, but required and needed. Now here is The Orange Buffoon, holding the most accesses of any human on the planet, and whom we all know is at least an occasional cocaine sniffer (sniff, sniff). Why TF is he not drug tested? Can you imagine the panic if someone showed up to conduct one?
