I have been thinking about the result in Virginia today. Our voters often don't bother to vote in "local" elections, but just one voter taking the time to vote would have given Democrats in Virginia effective control of the House of Delegates, now we have to wait until the next election. Seriously rightwing people seem to never miss a chance to vote or be heard, I wish our side was as uncompromising about voting and being heard thru their votes.
