making a lot of useless noise about fetanyl from China. They go after suffering patients with terminal illnesses and legitimate chronic pain conditions because those people are easy to target (and doctors who are NOT being irresponsible but follow every rule and still get punished). Sessions is the last person who should be involved with making decisions that impact seriously ill people to benefit the “war on drugs.” He also doesn’t care about the patients who use cannabis for these conditions either.

The prevailing attitude in the 1950s was that anyone who smoked pot was a moral degenerate. Smoking pot, even just once, made one a hopeless addict and violent psychopath.

I remember those ideas, as I am about the same age as Sessions. I moved on, growing up along with society. Sessions did not. He is stuck in the 1950s.
