Every so often Chuck Todd gives the impression that he will be a good journalist but then backslides into a level of political establishment acquiescence.

1. Lindsey sold out

like the rest of them, he knows Trump is an idiot and unfit. He also is afraid of what is under that Russian rock. So he's going to do everything he can to not lift the rock, and play along with Trump so the GOP can get the orange anus to sign whatever. Lindsey does not really care much about anything other than the GOP agenda of moving money to the 1%. Like all of them.

2. I think the Republicans have threatened Lindsey

that they will "out" him if he doesn't fall into line. I have often thought he was gay, not that it matters, but that is certainly something they could use to bring him into line.
