Trump's racist statement of yesterday. We know the Repugs will continue to circle the wagons around Trump and protect him - so it is up to the Dems to condemn Trump & the Repugs that protect him and keep the pressure on them.

We all know if the shoe was on the other foot the Repugs would do just that to the Dems.

I'll be very disappointed if the Dems remain silent on Trump's racist SH statement. Dick Durbin - my Senator - as he was there and heard Trump utter this MUST lead the condemnation. That needs to be followed up by further condemnation of Trump by Schumer & Pelosi.

The Dems need to keep this pressure on.
