Though not being able to te'll the size, could be a sharp shinned hawk. They like to grab birds from our feeders.

a rounded tail, while this fine specimen has a squared-off tail. Look at the Coopers pictures in the posts above to see the difference.

more of a cap on the Cooper's, but extends down to meet the back on a sharp-shinned. That, along with the tail and the size, leads me to vote sharp-shinned...
