Robert Mueller will enforce his subpoena, however. If Bannon doesn't answer questions in his Grand Jury testimony, Mr. Mueller can have him jailed. I don't think Bannon will want to spend five minutes behind bars, do you?
Here's another thought about this cabal. They all hate one another. Every one of this disgusting crew of idiots has a shiv for every one else. The infighting of this administration is the worst in my lifetime and it has added to the incompetence and ineptitude of the White House. This testimony could be Bannon's opportunity to get even with Trump while saying that he didn't have any choice but to tell the truth.

(5,455 posts)and they probably couldn't arrest him. Congress can compel him to show up, but that doesn't mean he has to answer questions.

If Bannon is going to tell all, he wants it to look like he's not saying anything. Trump has blackmail info on Bannon, you can bet on that.
