I also tried to get a video clip, but my battery died. The marchers looked like a line of ants from the other side of the lake where I was filming. I think though I caught them at a perfect moment. I was blinded by rain, so I had no idea what I might see when I uploaded.
Weird very short clip. Enjoy.

(28,979 posts)Nicer when the legislators go home and the college students are on vacation. Pretty parks and waterfront. The shops are all charming. The downtown core is still ungentrified, like a small town from another era. And because it is close to Evergreen State College, lots of bead shops, free trade, cool cafes, murals, second hand stores, farmer's markets, etc. within 3-4 block walking distance of the capitol building.
