HE thinks that what Mueller brings to Congress will be "much bigger than obstruction and/or perjury...."
I happen to think obstruction is pretty big.

(34,661 posts)like Reagan's Administration, this most likely will run for six years. Muellers Team knows there is more at stake here than just Trump's Lying,it is our Democracy and free Elections. We are under attack by a Foreign Government with aide from people or preson's within our Government. Smedly Butler stomped out a similar effort during FDR,now it is Robert Mueller's turn to do the same.

(32,718 posts)I'm pretty sure the feds have known about the money-laundering since the beginning too. They didn't have enough evidence, like witnesses (former employees), but they were following that story since long before he ran for the Presidency. It seems to me there must be more than money-laundering here, much more. Otherwise the feds wouldn't be so excited about it.
They smell blood and they know they've got him.

(51,623 posts)On CNN Dem Senator Blumenthal also said that money laundering is what the big prize is that Mueller is going after and that the committees in the Senate and House are too partisan and GOP controlled to even
consider investigating money laundering at all. Mueller has hired a ton of experienced financial attorneys and he did this for good reason.
He also said that the testimonies from Jr., Bannon, and everyone else close to the Moron are full of "I have been told not to answer that question" and their testimony in any of the house or senate investigations is pretty much useless and that is why Grassely released Jr's testimony today.

(51,623 posts)It isn't like the Fusion GPS testimony though. That is probably why Grassely released it and Feinstein didn't have to do it again. If it is full of "I can't answer that" BS then it is worthless.
