Seems FBI has Trump on tape directing Flynn to tell the Russians

To ignore the Obama sanctions while Obama was still President, an illegal act. While the FBI was monitoring Flynn and Page under the FISA warrant, it looks like Trump was swept up in the wiretaps of the two alleged Russian agents and was most likely caught criminally conspiring with them, not knowing that their phones were tapped by the FBI, under court order. That explains all this drama by House Republicans and Trump to tear down the FBI because they know Mueller is about to drop something big and this is their way of blunting the damage.

House Republicans will soon have to decide whether Trump is above the law or not. We can either have a Persident subject to rule of law, or a king who can dismiss rules and laws as he pleases. We cant have both.

Article on Devin Nunes and from the article i read on Newsweek that came out about a year ago on how the FBI was monitoring the communications between the Russian ambassador and Flynn and Page during the election and after after getting its FISA warrant approved.

reports that the NSA had bugs (my word, not theirs) on the mobile devices of Russian intelligence officers that allowed the NSA to listen in on their conversations.

So any Republican who was in a conversation with someone who could have been a Russian intelligence officer (openly or not) is probably worried right now.

intentionally tapped and live miked. And that he'd done so for over a year. And that time included his interactions with Trumpy when Trumpy was itching for a loyalty pledge.

Comey and all of the FBI knew that Trumpy was a treacherous liar and a Russian agent long before Trumpy campaigned. They must have a dossier on Trumpy that's inches thick. Comey knew that Trumpy was treacherous, knew that he'd have informants all over the DoJ and he knew that Trumpy could try and axe him at any time. Comey knew that Trumpy gets obsessed with destroying his opponents, and because Comey was investigating HIM, Comey was in the crosshairs. So Comey had gotten permission from a judge to intentionally have his phone wired. And he caught everything that Trumpy said to him in the WH, and on the phone. THIS is why Trumpy's so scared.

So it's coming down to this: will Mueller issue indictments before he's fired? Because unless and until Mueller issues those indictments, he's still fair game. Trumpy obsesses on destroying his opponents, and now he's obsessing about Rosenstein. He'll fire Rosenstein. Then he'll fire Mueller. Mueller has to hit Trumpy BEFORE the next firing.

Now... ALL of this is speculation. Oh. There's some reporting on topics related to all of this. Some folks tell us that they have connections with the USIC and the FBI, and that Comey had his phone tapped, and that many of Trumpy's inner circle have been recorded during "compromising" incidents. Since Trumpy is so entirely full of hubris and arrogance, he seems to think that lying and some cursory concealment of his misdeeds won't be noticed. But Mueller noticed all of it. And he has mountains of evidence. But hey, that's speculation for you.

Logan Act? It has never ever been enforced so it is void under doctrine of desuetude, use it or lose it.

I won't be surprised if you are found to be correct at some point in the future. And I certainly support your right to speculate and throw out thoughts.

AND, I also respect my right to say "Hey, that sounds pretty good. But I sure think it is some pretty wild speculation that could take off and make us all look extremely ridiculous in the not too distant future. So we shouldn't be too exited and voting up admitted speculation so hard that it gets to the point where people think it is fact."

Yes, I am trying to be wet blanket. I saw the whole "Ivanka had the chef thrown out" thing go up and down in no time yesterday here. Another wild meme that had better outside support than this one. I can see a Russian troll/bot finding your OP headline on DU and then promoting it. Then the whole thing coming back to haunt us.

Sure, I may be a bit paranoid. But, it's not really paranoia when they really are out to get you. And 45, his minions and their Russian support are out to get us.
