We, as a country waited too long.
We should never allowed Fox News to exist.
Rupert Murdoch and Roger Ailes became the vehicle to steal our country.
Legitimate journalists didn’t scream loudly enough and early enough.
We didn’t boycott advertisers early enough.
Fox News followed up talk radios takeover of the air waves by the radical right.
Truth has been challenged as only being truthful if you like the content.
Facts no longer exist.

2018 will be our last gasp to regain at least part of our country peacefully.
Muellers report and how it is received may already take us toward an inevitable civil war.

Spoken by someone who apparently has never heard of the 1st Amendment or, for that matter, the history of media in the United States. We have ALWAYS had media with a bias one way or another; and I'd really rather not have someone deciding which opinions are "acceptable".

Fix News was not ever intended to be a legitimate news source.
Right leaning would be fine. All conservative content would be fine.
But, that’s not what they were and are about.
I have studied it and written about it many times.
I’ve read reports of former employees.
You can not compare them to anything else in our history.
A man like the Australian Murdoch with his ownership f satellite companies to give him carriage.
And, it wasn’t just the content with absolute disregard of the truth or the facts.
It was the packaging that also made them a joke.
The wide shots of the attractive women required to wear short skirts.
The bells and whistles of the graphics and sound effects.
The silly slogan of fair and balanced. Even if true, not a journalists role.
Seeking the truth wherever it leads? Nope.
But, we let it happen because they called themselves A News network.
I could call myself Brad Pitt. Wouldn’t make it so.

Free market forces.
Call them out for what they truly are and refuse to go on there.
Obama has said he regrets ever going on there and legitimizing them.
Organized advertiser boycotts are very effective.
