Check Out Paul Ryan’s Secret, Illegal Plan To Bail Out Obamacare

House leaders have concocted a plan that would use a budget gimmick that arguably violates the law to bail out Obamacare and provide taxpayer funding to plans that cover abortion.

Yeah, I don't get it. Typical conservative spin. My take on this, as much as I dislike Ryan, he's doing the right thing here. Also, I don't see how this is more than a technical quibble, since the same amount of funds would be needed either way.

It's a very slanted piece, but it does contain useful info if you can get past the extreme right wing bias.
