I've heard people say that McCabe was leaving soon anyway, but the fact is that he might not have

but for the actions of the Dotard. He might have chosen to stay on longer and why wouldn't we want someone of his character and experience to remain on. And what signal does this send to the rest of those men and women working for the FBI or the DOJ if they don't allow themselves to be used by the Dotard to do his dirty work for him. I think the entire DOJ and FBI should have quit enmass. It would have sent a message to the Dotard and the GOP that they can't push these people around and they wouldn't have been allowed to all quit at once but it would have sent a united message to stop f'ing over people who just want to do their job.

McCabe told the president he hadn’t been asked to authorize Comey’s flight, but if anyone had asked, he would have approved it, three people familiar with the call recounted to NBC News.

The president was silent for a moment and then turned on McCabe, suggesting he ask his wife how it feels to be a loser — an apparent reference to a failed campaign for state office in Virginia that McCabe’s wife made in 2015.

McCabe replied, “OK, sir.” Trump then hung up the phone. ...
