Besides the fact they desperately want to release it, the fact they have hyped it so much, and prepared the Faux News SPIN, means they can't just toss it now.

If not released today, most likely they wait until Monday, at beginning of news week.

they are also saying that the White House modified it based on comments from the FBI, which may mean they took out the juicy parts, which may also mean they won't release it.

This is getting so convoluted that they could just release any old piece of paper and it called "THE MEMO" and half the country will believe it damns the FBI.
