How to RIP (or cut benefits) Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security away from millions. THIS is one of the ways they will pay for their billionaire tax cut. They blew the budget up and now they're going to say: "we can't afford all this 'welfare'" and use that as an excuse to gut OUR EARNED BENEFITS WE PAID FOR.
