On Twitter, theresponse is a rabid frenzy claiming that this is proof of a massive conspiracy led by, you guessed it, Soros, Obama, and the Clintons. I didn't save the thread. Maybe I just happened upon the worst of it, but reading it reconfirmed my despair at the loss of reason, the utter and complete brainwashing of the Cult of Trump, and the pointlessness of ever trying to reach those people with facts or logic.

So depressing.

He was a gun dealer, worked with the DoD, or the "Deep State" in some way or another. Honestly, they grabbed hold of that story and took off into crazy land where Hillary is selling plutonium from her basement. I don't know. I just know it's all the evil doings of Soros, Obama, the Clintons.

Not that I believe them. It was just their rabid hatred and certitude that all the BS the RW media is feeding them is true.
