I was an illustrator and studied drawing faces, the human form, etc and she is as fake as they come. At least she doesn't deny it though. How can she, just look at a series of photos over the years. You don't have to have an artist's keen eye to see how she looks different each year ...nose job(s), chin job, breast implants, let alone botox and fillers. It is part of being tRump. She LOOKS the part and that is all that they care about...appearances. The whole family looks like they visit a taxidermist routinely.
