Unsealed court docs point to Trump AND kids fraud charges going back 20 years.

If we had any doubt how much Ivanka and Eric. were part of the family syndicate...

This article has lots of Sater-Trump info, well worth the read.

Donald Trump promoted the Trump SoHo project on his former reality TV show, NBC’s The Apprentice, and reaped a substantial cash reward for slapping his name on the building and management fees, even though the entire project flopped and resulted in a foreclosure. But the Trump Organization continued to manage it and earn $3 million annually for keeping its flagging brand on the front door until bought out late last year.

The Trump family hid a dark secret through the financing, construction and attempts to sell the Trump SoHo; Sater’s past as a felon should’ve disqualified him from borrowing $350 million or owning the company that did.

Instead, the Trump family, which leaked emails show knew about Sater’s felonious past, kept it all quiet in the wake of the New York Times revealing the conviction, and even as the project solicited new financing.

Ivanka and Eric Trump were close to being criminally charged for their roles in Trump SoHo until family fixer attorney Marc Kasowitz intervened, and was later discovered to have given a substantial political donation to the Manhattan D.A. Cyrus Vance.

Mueller is investigating the SoHo scheme, now.

If Mueller's investigation is derailed or this Congress with McConnell/Ryan calling the shots and allows the Orange Blob to walk away scot-free - NY State courts will fry team tr-dump for all their illegalities. NY anti fraud laws and continuing criminal enterprise laws are as stringent as fed laws if not more so.

Tr-dump will hopefully pay for his decades of circumventing the law for personal profit and having his illegal gains raked back to the point of his financial destitution.

then he's going to be indicted and prosecuted. And when that happens, it will be an especially happy time because the MONEY Trumpy gained from any and all organized endeavors under RICO can and likely WILL be confiscated.

But there's another possibility, and if this is an issue, Mueller certainly knows about it: Tax Evasion. I'd place the probability at around 80% that this will be a surprise indictment that no one's really looking for right now. One of the first actions that Comey likely took (remember, he BEGAN the Trumpy investigation) was to obtain his tax records from the IRS. That was a mandatory move that ANY investigator would make, and Comey likely did it right out of the starting gate.

However there is disagreement as to whether a sitting President can ever be indicted. Trump seems to think he gets a free ride while he's still in office. It's never happened before, and there would be lots of discussion and running to the Supreme Court for rulings. If the SCOTUS rules one way, can the NY Supreme Court rule another way? Who knows.

I don't know about you, but I hope they test this and decide once and for all, and get this done. The longer Cheeto stays in office the more fucked up we're getting every single day. We have to get him out whatever way we can.

After Trump is out of office - either by impeachment or by losing the next election - his goose is cooked. He's going to jail for life.

It is pretty clear that the stress on tRump is through the roof. He knows deep down what he has done. So do his kids. They have gotten away with so much for so long, all of them probably think they can pull it off one more time. But you gotta know that the anxiety of it all must be eating them alive. tRump seems to have gotten nastier by the day. Ivanka and Jared are oddly not on the scene very much. Don Jr. and Eric are off chewing their nails or planning their next safari.

If there is any justice in this world (and I am not sure there is) all of them and quite a few more White House employees will go to prison for a long time. I’d like to think that tRump himself will die in prison wearing an orange jumpsuit and his real hair. No Dye, lacquer, ultra sticky hair spray or self tanning cream. Eeekkk. The thought of that makes my stomach ache.

The walls are closing in on all of them. Meanwhile, tRump is desperately trying to figure a way out. He is a trapped rat. And no one can save him. No one. Expect lots more desperate moves before this ends. None of it will help. Might delay things. But the time to pay up is near.

And the article reports that Felix Sater’s company, Bayrock Group, LLC, borrowed the $350 million to build the project. The CIM Group, a well known LA based investment firm, A junior lender in the deal, ended up foreclosing on the property in 2014.

Vanity Fair reported that the Trump org didn’t invest any capital into the project, and simply licensed the Trump name in exchange for royalties off of profits that supposedly never materialized.

The legal issues for the Trumps seem to stem from the fact that the Trumps knew Sater was a convicted felon, and was ineligible to qualify for a loan of that size.

Sater was also an FBI informant, and was complimented on his work by Loretta Lynch.

Sun Feb 11, 2018, 09:57 AM
Feb 2018
But Mr. Trump made an exception when buyers of units in Trump SoHo, a 46-story luxury condominium-hotel in Lower Manhattan, asserted that they had been defrauded by inflated claims made by Mr. Trump, his children and others of brisk sales in the struggling project. He and his co-defendants settled the case in November 2011, agreeing to refund 90 percent of $3.16 million in deposits, while admitting no wrongdoing.

The backdrop to that unusual denouement was a gathering legal storm that threatened to cast a harsh light on how he did business. Besides the fraud accusations, a separate lawsuit claimed that Trump SoHo was developed with the undisclosed involvement of convicted felons and financing from questionable sources in Russia and Kazakhstan.

And hovering over it all was a criminal investigation, previously unreported, by the Manhattan district attorney into whether the fraud alleged by the condo buyers broke any laws, according to documents and interviews with five people familiar with it. The buyers initially helped in the investigation, but as part of their lawsuit settlement, they had to notify prosecutors that they no longer wished to do so.
...
Mr. Sater was convicted and sent to prison in 1993 after a New York bar fight in which he stabbed a man in the face with a broken margarita glass. That was a matter of public record. However, what few people beyond insiders at Bayrock knew was that five years later, Mr. Sater was implicated in a huge stock manipulation scheme involving Mafia figures and Russian criminals — and that he became a confidential F.B.I. informant.

Trump is immune to problems. He can do whatever he wants and there will be no repercussions.

The only thing that will change this is the 2018 election. If we can make it that far.

This election will be for the heart and soul of USA. If we dont win this election we are in trouble.

As we speak I am sure Trump is working with Russians to help the GOP win. This might be why 3 top russian cyber intelligence officials came and met with Americans Intelligence officials.

The attack on Schiff and the naked trump picture shows how quickly the russians can jump on something leading me to believe this is a coordinated from USA.

Everybody has to vote... Dont let your desires for Bernie or another candidate or pure ideological ideas get in the way.

This will be perhaps our last chance to take back our country.

The Republicans are not going to play by the rules. They dont care if they break the rules or break laws. They are currently immune to this.

When we take back the country.. I am going to ask my elected officials to focus on preventing this from happening again.

- If trump had been forced to release tax records things might have been different.
- fox news has to be destroyed or we have to start fighting fire with fire.

We cant just be the group with honor, dignity and integrity.. we have to get these people out of the way. We have to stop them.
