Are all the congressional "retirements" leaving citizens unrepresented?

I think this is a huge problem...regardless of the reason they are leaving.

If they aren't running again - they sure aren't going to get involved in issues, or worry much about what's happening in their district/state.

Ok, when this happens occasionally - but - at this level - we're leaving large blocks of citizens - basically - unrepresented!

Sure, Im glad Billy Shuster sees the writing on the wall...but its a long time till election day!

Shuster said, “I thought it was the best decision for me to focus 100 percent on my final year as the chairman of the Transportation Committee, working with the president and other Democrats and Republicans to pass an infrastructure bill, which is much needed to rebuild America."
