Are all the congressional "retirements" leaving citizens unrepresented?

I think this is a huge problem...regardless of the reason they are leaving.

If they aren't running again - they sure aren't going to get involved in issues, or worry much about what's happening in their district/state.

Ok, when this happens occasionally - but - at this level - we're leaving large blocks of citizens - basically - unrepresented!

Sure, Im glad Billy Shuster sees the writing on the wall...but its a long time till election day!

1. Not as much as gerrymandering is leaving huge blocks of people unrepresented.

2. If they aren't voting the way their constituents want them to vote

(gun control, environment, etc.) then they aren't representing us anyway.
