That's what my Trump loving neighbor told me yesterday.

We will build the wall, and every time a Mexican wants to cross the border they will have to pay a toll,
like crossing a toll bridge.

And that's how Mexico will pay for the wall,
one peso at a time.

He said this proves Trump is truly brilliant.
