He doesn't care about the debt, he just wants all of the money spent to support the richest people because they are the Randian Ubermensches who deserve the spoils of wealth while the rest of us toil to support them and die.

Sue him for political malpractice? Don't know if it's a thing, but for the rights of the voters, it should be. They run one way, then slap voters to the curb, no contract laws broken?
Yeah, I'm fishing but maybe someone needs to start testing this. Since politicians think their election is now a permanent position.
