Mitt Romney dodged the draft during the Vietnam War.

He ran off to France with a butler, a chef and a chauffeur to evangelize his crazy-assed cult of Mormonism while other less fortunate sons went to war in his stead.

This coward wants to be Commander in Chief of a military he doesn't want to fund (he hides his money from taxes in Swiss bank accounts) and refused to be a part of when the sh*t was hitting the fan back when he was of age to serve the country he doesn't want to pay for.

The ones I know gladly encouraged their kids to enlist when Bush was president.

That way they didn't have the kids bugging them when they sat in the taverns getting drunk and singing Karaoke.

it is the "true believers" who go and fight the wars of the rich right wingers.

They have been hoodwinked by the establishment that God and Country and to protect the wealthy. Something I have never understood.

and I wondered if he had gotten several--one to start college, one for his religious mission and maybe another for college after his religious mission.

His father must have served in WW2 I bet, everyone fought in the big one. No?
Well, he must have an uncle who served then. No. Korea? Vietnam? No.
His grandfather must have fought in WW1, huh? Nope.
The Civil War? Spanish American War? Nope.

We were at RRFS #1 in northern Virginia in mid 73. I can't remember his first name, when I knew him he was a 'ditty-bopper' -- a Morse code interceptor.
