The link you provises goes to speculation and claims that are questionable at best.

As I asked, why are the noses so different? I think it's a valid question. I am looking at a picture and not spinning theories out of air. There may be a perfectly good reason that I haven't thought of about the difference.

it's obvious that he had his ears pinned back (the picture of him as an 18 year old shows him with sticky-out ears).

It's possible he also had some work done on his nose.

ETA: Some of Anders Breivik's acquaintances also claimed that he had some work done on his nose to look more Aryan. There could be a link to some kind of narcissistic disorder.
