This recent Trump campaign ad sure could be re-written and turned on him
Recently (as little as 3 weeks ago), the Trump campaign produced a YouTube Ad that was obnoxious on it's face, as it said that the Democrats should be held responsible, and complicit for any crimes or deaths that were the result of "illegal immigration".
Using that line of reasoning, which, by the way is there's, there is a far better and more convincing case that Trump and the Congressional Republicans are responsible for the rash of mass killings at the hands of our fellow Americans who have unfettered access to assault weapons and gadgets, like bump stocks, to make those weapons even deadlier.
By way of example, one of the first legislative acts by the Republican controlled Congress, and signed by President, was to undo the Obama era rules which required the Social Security Administration to place the mentally impaired in the gun registry. Grassley of Iowa was the sponsor. The NRA controls our politics and guns, in some states, are easier to buy than a car.
