Mittens surrogate Christie opens '16 bid while Willard is abroad

http://politicalwire.com/archives/2012/07/25/christie_open_to_presidential_bid_in_2016.html

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie (R) says he's open to running for president in four years if the job is open, the AP reports.

Christie says he hopes Mitt Romney beats President Obama and seeks re-election in 2016, but if the presidency is open, Christie says he'll "certainly think about it."

He added: "If there's an opportunity for me to serve in another capacity and I think I have something to add to the mix, I don't think I'd back away from it."

Just suggested daughter write to her Governor Crispie Creme about NJ State employees who are failing to do their jobs, processing Occupational Therapist licensing documents in a timely manner and being rude about it at the same time! HUGE back-log so daughter's classmates are accepting jobs in Pennsylvania instead, taking jobs and MOVING out of State!

Dear Governor Chrispie Creme, You may be interested to know . . . .

His weight is nothing next to his abrasive personality. He just does not have the personality for the job.

See, I'm not really a skinny man myself, and when I see an overweight person I like I feel absolutely no desire to make fun of them... but with Chrisite... I don't know... I see a big piece of garbage.

I think it's just because I know what a mean, hateful ass he is.

In 2013 first . . . I think he won't - which means unless he gets on the political talk show circuit -he'll lose his 'platform'.

I just don't think he can hold on in 2013. Yeah yeah yeah - they are running a bunch of ads on how his plan is working - but it doesn't make it true. We have one of the highest rates in unemployment in the country - and well - he said he would cut property taxes.

To the jackasses who voted for him AND the jackasses that stayed home because Corzine never gave them a pony -

How are those property taxes being lowered working out for you?

in 2006. His approval ratings were extremely low at that time - low enough his LT Governor did not ask him to help in her run.

Just because he can run - doesn't mean he'll win the Nomination.

And a little twitchy here - George Pataki was on the Ed show (Dyson filling in) on Tuesday night. When you listen to Pataki and compare his record to Christie - you see a statesman you disagree with as opposed to a bully who might eat your first born if someone spills catsup on them.

I really think after the thumping they are going to take this November - and the one they'll take in 2014 (they aren't going to learn anything in the next two years) - they are going to learn that Americans want civility.

The Republican Party isn't civilized - and Christie is the perfect example of that.
