his expression seems to convey that he is simply tolerating the presence of these people.
The shot of him in England is typical
His smile looks forced, his gaze focused on, what, distant trees that are "the right height?"
We are not allowed to see photos of Mitt when he courts the millionaire-billionaire vote.
When Mitt is courting "You people", he looks like it is an unpleasant chore.

(19,288 posts)You did a fine job, my du friend. Phoney, plastic, fake POS. He is uncomfortable in his own skin and he despises everyone else's.

(5,179 posts)he's not gonna do well anywhere else. He seems like he sucks the oxygen out of every room. Being a hateful bag of contempt will do that to a person.

(21,642 posts)More than that, Obama looks engaged. When he's talking to someone, you get the impression that he's actually listening to what the person is saying, rather than waiting for them to take a breath so he can interject a talking point.

Romney has neither. Nor does his fellow highly-privileged Republican, Dubya. There are a few conservatives from other countries who manage not to come across as insensitive idiots, but our homegrown ones are just dead weight.

He is a beautiful person who knows how the game is played. And I very much like his family.
