Humiliation: Watch Trump's name get torn off Panama hotel amid feud with owners

The Trump Organization was formally evicted from the Trump International Hotel in Panama on Monday morning — and the building’s owner wasted no time in taking down Trump’s name.

As ABC News reports, Trump Organization staffers were forcibly removed by police from the building on Monday amid a fight with owner Orestes Fintiklis over management of the hotel.

“I am the owner,” Fintiklis taunted to staffers as they were led out of the building. “Love and peace!” Fintiklis then sat down at the hotel’s piano in its lobby and played a song that included the lyrics, “Fascism will not prevail.”

And as the final humiliation, Fintiklis ordered Trump’s name to be ripped off from the outside of the hotel — check out ABC News’ video footage of Trump’s name being torn down below.

Nice to see Trump's name being removed, but criminal behavior thrives in darkness. Trump's name brought too much exposure. This rebranding is calculated to keep the illegal activity surrounding this property off the radar.

Sick to my stomach every time I pass by the yuuuuuuge gold letters spelling his fake name over one of our major downtown street buildings. But apparently the Trump family has it set up as that these owners are only using his name for marketing, branding to....get more business i guess? Trump does not own these buildings, he just sells his famous amazing name to plaster the front. Its a built into the contract with the owner so it is impossible to remove...legally.

Personally I don't know who would ever rent in a building like that. Its sad to think there is still a large group of 1%ers that couldn't care less and would gladly pay to walk under that name, and everything it represents, every day.
