If Nunberg follows through with his announced intent to defy Mueller's subpoena and Mueller
does not pursue contempt of court and jail his skanky ass, the ball game is over. This blatant in-your-face defiance of the rule of law is a frontal assault on our system of government and this cannot be allowed to stand. Federal marshalls should be parked outside his residence Friday morning prepared to arrest him as soon as he fails to appear before the grand jury.
